commercetools launches Assisted Selling for hybrid B2B commerce

commercetools released Assisted Selling, a B2B eCommerce capability that lets sales reps act on behalf of buyers to modify carts, apply pricing, and resolve checkout issues within the Merchant Center. For commerce teams, this bridges digital self-service and human expertise to reduce cart abandonment, increase conversion rates, and support complex multi-stakeholder procurement without custom tools.
